a. To protect your interests, please read these Terms of Service carefully. By purchasing and using this service, you agreed to these terms.
b. Service will be activated automatically after payment. If activation fails, we will activate it manually in a timely manner.
c. Each service has unique account information, which cannot be manually specified or changed. If there is a leak, you can reset it yourself.
d. Please install or purchase third-party clients on your own; we do not provide software without legal authorization.
e. Apart from basic setup tutorials for third-party clients, we do not offer additional technical support. Please contact the developer for assistance.
f. All products and services are non-refundable under any conditions, including but not limited to issues such as slow speed, not knowing how to use, or dissatisfaction.
g. We do not provide trial accounts or test server addresses. Only annual plans are available currently.
a. Please comply with the laws of the country where the server is located, including but not limited to prohibiting the downloading of pirated content, sending spam, and conducting network attacks.
b. Except for custom plans, all other plans are for individual use only; services will be terminated if anomalies are detected.
c. There is a delay in traffic statistics. Service will be automatically suspended when exceeding limits and will resume the following month, or you can immediately resume service by upgrading your plan.
d. Plans can be upgraded at any time; the difference will be calculated at the time of payment. It is recommended to upgrade more than one month before the plan expires.
e. Customer service response time is within twelve business hours. We monitor server conditions and will resolve issues within twelve hours.
f. Please contact customer service via service ticket or designated email; we do not provide customer service on social media channels.
a. Personal privacy information is protected by US, Canada and EU laws, and will not be accessed by governments of other countries or regions.
b. Payment information, such as credit card details, is only submitted to the payment gateway at the time of payment; we do not store any information locally.
c. User passwords are encrypted and stored; if forgotten, they can only be reset to a new password.
a. We cannot guarantee the stability for global transit of the Internet; speeds may fluctuate significantly during peak times.
b. Speeds may vary across different server nodes, regions, or ISPs; we cannot guarantee the speeds.
c. We cannot guarantee that all nodes will be connectable at all times, but we will ensure at least one node is available during special periods.
d. Some nodes may be used to bypass restrictions on certain services, but we cannot guarantee they will always be effective. Custom plans are available for special needs.
e. Some nodes may require frequent captcha entry when using some services; we will do our best to manage this, but cannot guarantee effectiveness.
